Inorder for the booking to be valid, any balance required must be paid within 1 hour of booking. Any deposits made are non-refundable. It is very important any cancellation be done via phone within 24 hours after booking. If you are confirming for parties, please be sure to collect funds from your party at the time they confirm of attendance, being that the kits are pre made prior to the party, full balance is still due and will be due 5 days before your party, if changes are made after 24 hours of the initial booking, rather all parties come or not. which means No shows are still responsible, if not cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
****Balance must be paid prior to party day. Recommended to be paid 5 days in full before party day, so we can make sure everyone has a paint kit. Booking is not confirmed until balance is paid
Should funds not be paid in full and paid 2 days prior to the party, there will be a $5 rush fee per canvas.
If for any unforeseen reason we can't make it to your party, full refund will be funded back to you with no hassle.(But we strive to show up and show out at all of our parties)

The paint sessions are for 2 hours tops. It is very important your party arrive on time ready to start on time. We will start on time. If party goes over appointed time 30 minutes additional cost will be $15, for an additional hour it would cost $25 per hour and would need to be approved, because we may have parties scheduled after you.
